Delivery Information
All orders are shipped directly from our own workshop in Italy, fully inclusive of Duties & Taxes for customers based in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada and Australia for peace of mind.
Each of our jewelry pieces is strictly handcrafted by our Artisans and made by order, so we do kindly ask you to allow us up to 7 working days before your order is picked up by the carriers. If you need your order urgently, we kindly ask you to please drop us an email to customercare@vintouchjewels.com so we could promptly let you know the earliest available shipping date or accelerate the order if necessary.
Delivery is made Monday-Friday except for holidays. Once the carrier will have picked up your order, you will be notified by e-mail with all the delivery information so that you can always keep an eye during the shipping process.
Shipping charges will vary depending on your destination. For orders over certain thresholds, you will pay a lower delivery fee:
Customers in the European Union:
The delivery fee is €10, but spend over €100 and the delivery is currently free!
Customers in the United Kingdom:
The delivery fee is £10, but spend over £90 and delivery is currently free!
Customers in the United States:
The delivery fee is $10, but spend over $120 and delivery is currently free!
Customers in Canada:
The delivery fee is C$25, but spend over C$450 and the delivery is currently free!
Customers in Australia:
The delivery fee is A$30, but spend over A$330 and you will pay A$20 or spend over A$575 and the delivery is currently free! Kindly note that these tariffs do not apply to Tasmania.
Customers in the Rest of the World:
The delivery fee is €40, but spend over €200 and you will pay €20 or spend over €500 and the delivery is currently free!
Duties & Taxes
For customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the European Union, we include the cost of Duties & Taxes in your order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay and there are no additional charges.
For customers anywhere else in the world, the price you pay at checkout will exclude import duties and sales taxes. Additional charges may apply when you receive your order, therefore, you will be responsible for them.
Unfortunately, as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
Returns
We will happily refund or exchange items that are returned within 14 days of receipt, providing they are returned in their original packaging with no signs of use or misuse.
According to the current legislation, please note that in the unlikely case you are unhappy with your purchase, the costs of returns, including import duties if you're returning from outside the European Union, are on your charge.
The cost of the return will subtracted from the due amount of the refund. For example, if you paid $100 plus $10 for shipping costs, you will receive $85.
Otherwise, in the unlikely event that the product you have purchased has been delivered faulty or defective, we will take care to bear all costs of the return.
Cost of returns from the European Union: €20
Cost of returns from the United Kingdom: £25
Cost of returns from the United States of America: $25
Cost of returns from Canada: C$40
Cost of returns from Australia: A$60
Cost of returns from the rest of the World: €50
Before proceeding to the return, please kindly send us an email to customercare@vintouchjewels.com which provides: full name, address, order number – which you can find on the purchase invoice – the reason for the return and the date on which you would like our courier to collect the goods. Expenses made and any liability arising from theft and loss will be directly charged to you.
Once you're provided with a return shipping label, the parcel must be consigned to the carrier within 7 days, otherwise your return request will be cancelled and the label will be deleted from the carrier's systems. In case you should not be able to arrange the return shipment within 7 days, please contact our Customer Care before the 7 days expire in order to extend your return window.
Returns are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:
- Sale items: Any item purchased at a discount of 50% or greater will be considered final sale
- Personalized jewelry: Any items that has been personalized - changing plating color, custom chain length or ring size or custom made.
Refunds take approximately two weeks to process since your return has been delivered to us and approved, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 7 days for the refund to post to your account. Where applicable, special outbound shipping charges and PayPal commissions are not refunded.
We do monitor returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and future orders potentially refused at our discretion.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem, we may be able to cancel the order with the independent brand before the order is prepared and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
**Please note that starting from March 5th, 2020, PAYPAL is not refunding the commissions paid by the vendor on each transaction in case of refund.**
If you paid through PayPal and you want to cancel your order, we will refund the entire amount of it including shipping costs after deduction of PayPal commissions that are equal to 0,35€ + 3,4% on orders made from the EU or 5,5% on orders made from outside the EU.
